The Ketch (Ketchikan’s newly updated inn owned by Salmon Falls Resort) has just opened its doors for the 2022 season. Located at 4871 N Tongass Highway just south of Walmart and north of the airport, The Ketch combines newly renovated motel-style accommodations with fishing adventure. Here’s what every independent traveler needs to know:

  • Accommodations — two room styles with one double bed or two twins
  • Fishing — two fishing options of fully guided charters or self-guided fishing
  • Packages — three-night minimum stays for anglers and non-anglers during the June-September season
  • Dining — a tasty menu of fresh fish and one of the best bars in town
