HIGHLIGHTS: According to event organizers, the Ted Ferry Center will be transformed into an underwater world. Bartenders will serve underwater themed cocktails — The Alaska Airlines Foggy Island and The Royal Caribbean Sea Monster. Guests will enjoy local music, hors d’ oeuvres (octopus bites, seafood bruschetta and crab crostini, oyster bar). The Cape Fox Lodge will serve artichoke stuffed halibut with couscous ,shrimp stuffed pastry with pesto cream sauce and fall veggies, baked salmon puttanesca and baked halibut with brown butter sauce over lemon risotto.
